Once a bridge or fleet of bridges is registered in IntelliStruct, the following options for monitoring and managing your bridge fleet are available.
Structural Signature
Periodic digital snapshot of each spans deflection signature under load, using our patented deflection instrument, that is archived in IntelliStruct. Compliments the two-year visual inspection with a digital measured performance indicator that can be compared over time. Signature can support a preliminary live load test for preliminary load rating.
Scour Signature
Periodic digital snapshot of the foundation at each pier, using our patent pending scour instrument, of a bridge’s foundation signature and is archived in IntelliStruct. Compliments the two-year visual inspection with a digital measured performance indicator compared over time. Signature can support a preliminary live load test for preliminary load rating.
Operational Monitoring
Early stage lifecycle monitoring using key indicators of bridge operation and performance such as traffic, temperature, neutral axis, water height. IntelliStruct displays operational information and supports lifecycle monitoring and predictive maintenance.
Critical Element Monitoring
Real-time specific measurement and monitoring of a critical component for operational performance and safety. Information monitored in real-time on a bridge dashboard and alarmed for critical conditions. Bridge owner alerted to out-of-state conditions through active text and email.
Bridge Live Load Rating
Full span instrumentation and live load testing to calibrate the bridges actually rating and lifecycle age. Information archived and available in the bridge dashboard. Reference rating that is updated based on real lifecycle usage. Digital twin model of bridge allows predictive analytics of performance.
Mature Lifecycle Monitoring
Lifecycle monitoring used for safe operation at full capacity and to extend the life of the bridge to 100 or more years. Analytics, statistical, and machine learning for preventive maintenance to allow for rehabilitation, cost effective operation, and optimal life cycle performance.
